Passaic River: Two Bridges upriver - Memorial Day 2012

 On this beautiful sunny Memorial Day, I headed back to the Passaic, where I haven't been since the winter- I put in at Two Bridges and paddled upriver for about an hour and a half.With the foliage covering the trees, the river looked completely different from my last visit here. This section is only 35 minutes form home, but quiet and beautiful.

After a 3 hour drive we landed at our B and B for my birthday get-away near Tunkhannock norther PA.

I spent the next day paddling 23 miles of the Susquehanna from  Laceyville to Tunkhannock. It was a perfect day and a fabulous paddle.
